2005 STAFF AND CAMPERS WRITE...
Justine Butler Writes:I was writing all of my thank you cards and I was thinking about it and I thought the people I should be saying thank you to is you!! You guys have blessed me so much and I have a hard time finding exactly the right words to express my gratitude towards you both and your family! I have learned so much from you both; I wouldn’t know where to start if I were to begin! I really enjoyed working by your side. It was such an amazing privilege! I have grown so much in personal relationship with Jesus! I don’t know what the future will hold for me and or you, but I’m sure we will meet up again sometime. Oh, and thank you so much for allowing me to spend time with your wonderful children. Tell Grandpa “Hi” from me!

Cameron Davis Writes:

To all my most dearest friends and family ….so you all should know that I had a really great time getting to know you all better or for the first time. But, the most valuable things I learned from all of you are things you never told me directly. I learned so much from the way you all walk in your Christian lives. Another thing that I will always hold close to my heart is how some of you have worked through struggles has helped me immensely in the trouble I am going through. You all know who you are. You’ve made an impression on me and I only hope I’ve made a good one on you.

Chantelle Whipple Writes:

I really miss being at camp and working in the kitchen! I’m really glad for the friendships I’ve made with the people on staff, though. I talk to them quite a bit now and that really helps with my struggles at public school. I can definitely tell now, that there’s a huge spiritual war going on. I feel all alone in school now that I’ve changed so much. I keep wishing everyday that I was back at camp with the people who really care and understand what I’m going through. I just wanted to thank you guys for letting me work out there this past summer. It had to be one of the best times of my life. And Lord willing , hopefully I will be out again next summer. Thank you so much!

Emilie Hamilton of Rapid City, South Dakota writes:

I wanted to write to you to tell you how much I truly enjoyed Legacy I. It was my sixth year at Rainbow and it was by far the best year. I can’t believe how much I grew in my walk with God in just a week. I have been a Christian since I was four, but now I feel different. My favorite song is “All in All”. While I was at camp I totally gave myself to Jesus. It’s a great feeling. I also made the decision that I will only date Christian guys. Jesus really is my all in all now. I also learned so much about horses and saddling. It’s really cool stuff. Someday, I really would like to be a rancher; I know it’s really hard, but I’m not afraid of hard work. Thank you so much for everything. I really hope and pray that someday I have the privilege of working at Rainbow. Thank you!
