Rainbow Reflector
Holiday 2001Christmas Greetings
from Larry, Robin and familyWarm Holiday Greetings from the Reinhold Family! As we approach these special holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas, we want you to know how much we appreciate you, our friends and supporters of Rainbow Bible Ranch. Without you, this ministry would not be what it is today; without you, our lives would not be so enriched. We are so blessed to have so many wonderful friends….wish we could have each one of you over for a cup of coffee and some time to visit.
This year has truly been a good one for us. Even in these unsettled times, the blessings of God abound. We can see His hand at work in our lives, and we can walk securely holding His hand, for “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in time of trouble.” (Psalm 46:1) What a precious promise to hold onto! God is good…..all the time!
Our family continues to grow. Our three little ones are not all so little anymore! Rachel is quickly approaching her 8th birthday, Molly will soon be 6, and Danny is almost 19 months. Each day we’re reminded of what dear treasures they are, truly gifts from the Lord. We continue to homeschool and enjoy that immensely. It is a privilege to be able to walk alongside our children and share with them moment by moment. Rachel is a 2nd grader and Molly is in kindergarten. Danny has learned how to entertain himself while the girls do their school. That’s an accomplishment in and of itself, as he enjoys their company so much! The girls are good hands with the chores, and take good care of their horses, rabbits and chickens. We have had such a beautiful, mild fall, which has given them lots of opportunities to ride their horses.
Life on the ranch continues to keep us all busy. It has been a dry year for us here, and we had to sell our calves about 5 weeks earlier than normal. The hot, dry summer took its toll on our farm land as well as our garden. We’ve enjoyed having numerous guests stop by the ranch this fall to look at and buy horses from us. We were able to take a couple trips to Bismarck, ND in July and October, as Larry is now on the Board of Directors for STEER, Inc., an international missions organization. We have been on the road quite a bit with speaking engagements, and are continuously discussing and planning next year’s camping season. It’ll be here before we know it!
Again, we’d like to say thank you for your partnership and friendship with us. We pray that you will find your courage and strength for the coming days in God alone (Psalm 62: 6-7). Rejoice in God’s greatest gift of love to mankind….the gift of His one and only Son, Jesus! Merry Christmas!
In His Undying Love,
The Reinholds
