Friday nite proved to ba a beautiful evening for out Annual Hunter's Harvest Buffet. Really good fellowship and tasty dishes prepared. Chad Harrington did a fine job sharing with th audience. Good stories... Good message. Thank you to all that made the event special
A wonderful pleasant evening at Rainbow. The main dishes included delicious South Dakota walleye prepared by Rachel Reinhold Sperling and Mindi Rueb. They were so good. The winning wild bird dish was a pheasant pot pie prepared by Shelly Dentonl And Seth Sperling stepped up with a delicious pot of smoked antelope chili. Some other favorites were "Wild About Ribs" and "Peaches and Pronghorn". And yes there were plenty of desserts that you could go back for seconds.
